Education History
I attend Henry Clay High School in Lexington Kentucky. I also went to Edythe J Hayes Middle School and Squires Elementary School.
Awards
I have been able to attain the AP Scholar award given out by College Board. This was awarded for my performance on multiple AP tests in the past. In the future, I will probably be awarded with higher levels of awards from College Board through passing more AP tests.
Additional Info
I have participated the last two years in the Kentucky United Nations Assembly. While there, I act as a representative for one of my school's countries, last year being Turkey. I debate and vote on different resolutions in order to advance my countries agenda. I also plan on attending Model United Nations and participating in my school's academic team next year. I haven't been able to in the past because marching band has taken up hundreds of hours of my life in the fall.

While participating in my band classes, I have performed multiple rudimental snare solos, achieving distinguished ratings on each.

I participate in my school's percussion ensemble, symphonic band, steel band, and marching band. I have committed hundreds of hours to all of these and try to play in these groups as much as possible.
Awards
With my marching band, I have won multiple awards, including multiple first place finishes as well as the Bands of America class 3A Champion in our region. We achieved this award twice, both in my sophomore and junior year.

Just with marching band alone, I commit about three hundred hours every year, and I have participated all three years of my high school career. I have played two different instruments on the drumlins, cymbals my freshman and sophomore year, and tenor drums my junior year.
History
I participate a lot in community service, especially with my church. I have gone on multiple mission trips and youth camps with my church where we have worked for dozens of hours over a week. I also volunteer at a local retirement home where my grandma lives. I've worked a few dozen hours there helping with the staff or running activities.
