History • 2010-Current I volunteer at the Ville Platte Police Department.
• 2013-2018 I volunteered with Relay For Life
• 2015-Current I am on the board for the Evangeline Parish Coalition
• 2015-Current I Help organize and participate in the Back to School Fair, That is where the community gets together and we get donations of school supplies and we hand them out to children that cant afford any.
• 2015 - Current I help organize and participate in Christmas Cheer Events. This is where we choose (out of submissions from the community) 4 families with children and 3 elderly people/couples and we give them a Christmas they couldn't afford.
• 2019-Current The Evangeline Parish Chamber of Commerce started a community clean up day once a month, I help organize and participate in that.
• •Current- I am a co-founder and board member for a nonprofit organization named The Acosta Foundation
• Current- I co-founded and help organize Bras On the Bayou. It is an event where all the proceeds go to cancer research.
• Current- I co-founded and help organize Trick or Treat at Heritage Manor. It is an event that is free to the community where it provides a safe place for kids to trick or treat for Halloween, but also provides the elderly people that live there with excitement, fun, and company.
• Current - Noel Aux Village De Memoire and Noel Aux Chateaux Des Amie. Both of these events are where people in the community buy gifts for the elderly people that live in both of these places and we bring holiday cheer, presents, entertainment, and food to them.
