Working with children - young and old - is a passion of mine, as well as music. I am attending Cal Poly this fall to study liberal arts in hopes of either becoming an elementary school teacher or a high school Music/ English teacher.

Ever since I can remember, I have been infatuated with music and everything about it. I am mainly a vocalist and piano player, but I am learning to play guitar and ukulele as well. I have taken vocal lessons since I was around eight, and hope to continue practicing and playing for the rest of my life, even fi my career doesn't require it.

I have gone on three mission trips to the Tenderloin in San Francisco with Lakeside Church, two mission trips to the Gabriel House of Mexico Orphanage with Harbor Church, and one trip to Mexicali with Bayside Church. Also, every other Friday I co-lead a middle school youth group named GAB at Lakeside church.

Doing these trips is what jump-started my desire to work for charity or non-profit organizations.
